    SMART Goals

SMART is an acronym that you can use to help set goals. SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timely.

Specific: Goals need to be specific and clear. Otherwise, it is challenging to feel motivated to achieve them.

Measurable: Goals should be measurable so that you can track your progress to meet your deadlines.

Achievable: Goals need to be attainable and challenge your abilities but remain possible. If they are too challenging, it may not be feasible.

Realistic: Goals need to be realistic so that there is a strong possibility of completing the goal.

Timely: Goals need a target date to have a deadline to focus on and something to strive towards.
